Very helpful and friendly receptionists all the doctors treat you with care and you always feel they will give you all the time you need to answer all you questions especially Dr Clementson who has helped my family no end and will always call back the same day if you wish to talk with him

I had a really negative experience when seeking support for self-harm at the Purley Walk in clinic so I went to Parkside instead. Here I was treated with kindness and respect by the receptionist, the GP and the nurse. I only had a few minutes with the GP but in that time she was able to reassure me and help me understand how to take better care of myself moving forwards. Her kindness and support made me better able to access future treatment and consequently I have had less complications and am also managing to break the cycle. I've found all of the doctors to be kind and respectful. The only downside is how hard it is to get a routine appointment which can be 2-4 weeks. However, you can always get an emergency appointment on the day.

After having to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance I was kept waiting for 40 minutes after my alloted time before being seen. This is not a one off as a 20 minute wait is common. No wonder so many people don't turn up for appointments without notice. Occasional wait is acceptable but not this regular occurrence!
